R project to support T6.1 from WP6 in the Skills4eosc project

The European project Skills4EOSC (Skills for the European Open Science commons: creating a training ecosystem for Open and FAIR science), for the creation of a pan-European network of competence centres to disseminate a real culture of open science, through the development of methodologies, activities and training resources to accelerate the updating of European researchers and professionals in the management of scientific data, has started.

Skills4EOSC WP 6.1: Mapping Professional Networks Search

This repository includes automation scripts intended

  • to help with the searching for Open Science related professional networks by automating the search teams in a browser based on search string criteria and a country internet domain;
  • to analyse and visualise the collected data.

Usage

In order to use the scripts, you need to include a URL to the Google Sheet in the configuration.R file.
