hiar - First release

First release of the hiaR package and R Shiny app.

Added

• Create simulation configurations for the DYNAMO-HIA application (create_simulation_dir)
• Run the DYNAMO-HIA application from R: run_dynamo_hia
• Visualize the output from DYNAMO-HIA: plot_*
• Create new reference data: write_*_dir
• Tutorials for running the DYNAMO-HIA application and creating new reference data local and on website
• Function reference on website
• Configure and run DYNAMO-HIA via an R Shiny app: launch_application
