Summary
This is the repositry for the BioExcel Building Blocks websites.
BioExcel Building Blocks REST API
In this site we provide programmatic access to the BioExcel Building Blocks packages via a REST API interface. Further information can be found in the Availability and Tutorials sections of the site.
BioExcel Building Blocks Workflows
In this site we provide the ability of running several workflows on top of the BioExcel Building Blocks packages.
Workflows can be run starting from a structure, a DNA sequence, a trajectory, a protein+ligand complex or a small molecule.

abstract: BioExcel Building Blocks (BioBB) library. BioBB's are built as Python wrappers to provide an interoperable architecture.
