Format Options
A collection of RegEx codes and other format options with the associated English descriptions when adding data format overlays to OCA schemas.
OCA and the format overlay
In Overlays Capture Architecture (OCA) the expected format for data is often expressed in RegEx (regular expressions). When expressed in RegEx data can be verified for correctness. Within OCA Composer, which helps users write OCA schemas with a friendly user interface, users can add format rules to their schemas from drop-down lists. The contents of those list are generated from the appropriate format codes listed in this repository which you can find in the "format" folder.
