WDPM - WDPM version 2.0

Version 2.0 has been greatly improved - many bug fixes - single executable for GUI and non-GUI - GUI now uses Python 3 - use of a zero depth threshold allows much faster execution - validation scripts are now provided to test the program - CMakelists.txt now provided to create the Makefile, to make compilation simpler
