fctSnPM - The pressure update
Update from the JOSS version : The pressure update on November 14th, 2022
What's new:
- On 1D plots: Inputs to draw vertical (yLine) and horizontal (xLine) lines and display vertical (yGrid) and horizontal (xGrid) grids.
- On 2D plots: Inputs to use the "equal axis" (equalAxis) and "delete axis" (deleteAxis) plot options to have a better visualization of the pressure data. Input (statLimit) to threshold the statistical tests (ANOVA F-value and Post-hoc t-value) graph to the maximal value and not the statistical threshold
- Both: It is now possible to input the data and repeated measures effect in 3D and 4D structures.
- These inputs have been included in fctSnPM, onlyPlot, and saveNplot functions.
New examples D1_ANOVA1rm_GridLine.m and D2_ANOVA2rm_Pressure.m explain how to use these new inputs.
