# Agar Plate STL Generator

A browser-based tool to convert agar plate images into 3D printable STL files using heightmaps.

## Features

- Upload a colour or grayscale image of your agar plate.
- Adjust the 3D height relief dynamically.
- Preview the transformation.
- Export a printable STL file.

## How to Use

1. Open `index.html` in your browser.
2. Upload an image.
3. Use the slider to adjust height range.
4. Download your STL file for 3D printing.
