    A COunty-REsolved Whole Energy System Model (CORE-WESM) for Kenya.


This repository contains the data, code, and documentation of CORE-WESM.

The documentation is also hosted on `ReadTheDocs `_.

Licenses

The model data files, derived from the national `OSeMOSYS-Kenya `_ model, located at ``src/core_wesm/data/`` are released under a `CC BY 4.0 `_ license.

All other model files are released under a MIT license (see LICENSE.txt).

The development of the CORE-WESM was supported by funding from the UK Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions (PACT) programme and the Climate Compatible Growth (CCG) programme.
