# opv_diffraction Minimum working example using [freud's diffraction code](https://freud.readthedocs.io/en/stable/modules/diffraction.html) to calculate a [GIXS pattern](https://doi.org/10.1002/adma.201304187) of the final frame of a [gsd trajectory](https://gsd.readthedocs.io/en/stable/hoomd-examples.html) of PTB7 polymer. NOTE: the gsd file is too large so is tracked using [git lfs](https://git-lfs.github.com/).
