# canhashydrogenaz A simple tool that annotates common hydrogenases from (microbial) genomes. Using the database used in https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.12.05.626740 Based on the fastest available sequence aligner. Worked out in Snakemake. Published on bioconda. Database is preferentially small and included in bioconda package. CI and the whole pivtjet.
