This release improves the NTARC editing workflow with the following steps:

• Optional (not necessary for basic format) fields are now marked as such:
• If a field has no value, it is not stored in the output.
• Essential fields can no longer be selected from properties.
• Essential fields are always displayed.
• Validation status is now displayed in lower left corner (red on error, yellow if basic, green otherwise):

New workflow is now: 1. New file 2. Fill out fields that are possible. 3. If all non-optional fields are filled out, this fulfills basic and can be submitted. 4. Fill out the rest of the fields
