Description
Analysis code for the manuscript "Untangling age and menopausal status reveals no effect of menopause on white matter hyperintensity volume"
We share all analysis code, code used for generating plots, group-level raw results (e.g., linear models coefficient outputs) and visualizations included in the paper.
No individual-level data from UKB can be shared for confidentiality reasons.
