# ReproHack Stockholm Nov 6-7, 2019 ReproHacks are one-day reproducibility hackathons where participants reproduce papers from published code and data. We will be running two ReproHack sessions during our hackathon. To participate in the ReproHack, please nominate one paper which we will try to reproduce as a group (please email a suggestion to us). You can nominate your own paper and then you get feedback about how to improve your own work. This event is inspired by the ReproHack two of us particpated at CarpentryConnect Manchester 2019: - [Reprohacking at CarpentryConnect Manchester 2019](https://software.ac.uk/blog/2019-08-07-reprohacking-carpentryconnect-manchester-2019) - [ReproHack: one-day reproducibility hackathons (Anna Krystalli)](https://annakrystalli.me/talks/ro-reprohack.html) ## Papers ### Papers which were submitted to ReproHack CarpentryConnect Manchester 2019 We can reuse these papers with permission also in this event. 1. https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10584-015-1580-2 2. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/gcb.12587 3. https://apsjournals.apsnet.org/doi/10.1094/PDIS-10-18-1718-RE 4. https://doi.org/10.1039/c9cp00203k 5. https://doi.org/10.1063/1.4965881 6. https://doi.org/10.1086/702704 7. https://doi.org/10.3390/insects9040186 8. https://github.com/sje30/eglen2015 9. https://doi.org/10.1186/2047-217X-3-3 10. https://peerj.com/articles/4152/ 11. https://www.joelnitta.com/publication/2019-03-27_pleurosoriopsis/ 12. https://shiny.tradestatistics.io 13. http://doi.org/10.5334/jors.219 14. https://psyarxiv.com/vhc5k ### Papers submitted by participants This can either be your own paper or a paper published by somebody else. Before we make the results of the ReproHack public, we would like to get an agreement of the author(s). Until this moment we will keep the results only among the participants. If you nominate your own paper, please indicate whether you agree that this paper is used also in future ReproHacks. This very much simplifies organization of such events without removing learning outcomes. - https://www.nature.com/articles/ncomms12737 (authors not contacted yet)
