lpp - Licel files automatic reading improvements

Now LPP is capable of reading the different Licel data file formats. Automatic detection for different Licel data files is implemented: new/old Licel data types and Raymetric data type (which is a particular form of Licel files).

lpp - LPP with plots

• Bugs solved in makeCloudDB_.
• Python scripts for plotting are now added to the repository. If the automatic run is launched (with runLPPAnalysis.sh), the plots are generated automatically.
