OpenOmics - v0.8.4: Support for Dask dataframes

Enabled the support for Dask dataframes for ExpressionData and Annotation Dataset's. To use this feature, simply use the npartitions argument when instantiating an ExpressionData or Annotation/Sequence/Interaction Dataset.
