- Initial public release. 12S and 16S are decently curated for our own needs.
- Taxonomy is based on NCBI nuccore/gene and NCBI taxonomy database
- Species are removed based on LCA clustering and on vague taxonomic labels. Vague labels are only retained when there are no other species in the genus.
