hivgenopipe - HIVGenoPipe

HIVGenoPipe is a Nextflow pipeline to detect HIV-1 drug resistance using a sample-specific reference sequence which is generated with the hybrid of de novo and reference-based assembly strategies. The pipeline can generate more accurate consensus sequence at user-defined variant frequency, leading to more accurate drug resistance calls for use by clinicians.
