# The Data This repository uses the MRI data from Wakeman and Henson (2015) https://www.nature.com/articles/sdata20151 to run a variety of analyses. ## bootstrap_and_MCC_tutorial The folder bootstrap_and_MCC_tutorial contains a script (and a small dataset) showing how bootstrap works and it's usage to correct for multiple comparisons correction.
