Readme

Clone these files: git clone https://github.com/cschpc/socol_install and go to the directory socol_install afterwards.
Edit settings.sh so that GERACLIS_ROOT points to correct place
Run ./get_libs.sh. This will download CDI, CDO and YAXT under downloads
Run ./install_libs.sh. This will install CDI, CDO and YAXT under GERACLIS_ROOT
Run ./do_install.sh. This will compile SOCOL
