s4rdm3x - v1.4

This release introduces dependency weights for the CountAttract attraction function. This can greatly enhance the performance of this mapper, the tricky part is of course to get the weights correct. There is also the source for a genetic optimizer for optimizing the weights.

we also introduce a new mapped system: commons-imaging thanks to @kinow

A number of smaller issues have been addressed and fixed.

Maintenance release with a new imgui version (1.75) that should increase stability and compatibility in general and for OSX in particular. The extra console has been removed due to threading issues on OSX.
