simbi - SIMBI v0.3-alpha

I refactor just about all of the source files to be more c++ compliant. All modules are operating with at least 1-2 Mzps speeds. Will get better at C++ and make these numbers even faster!

simbi - SIMBI v0.2-alpha

Refactored 2D SR and it's quite fast at ~2.3 Mzps for RK1. Will refactor other parts later down the road.

-- Made read_jet.py easier to plot on the fly -- std::vectorstd::vector<...> -> structs and 1D vecs -- Modified Newton-Raphson to converge at a rate of ~1.5 instead of standard 1.414 rate
