• Multiple updates and changes accompany with the recent ctmmweb paper. Including a new guide page for different workflow modes, many updates on help documents.
• Changed the recomanded installation method to remotes::install_github.
• Tested with R 4.0 and the 0.5.10 version of ctmm.
• Fixed the bug with collecting diganostic info in app, which was very tricky with manipulating connections.
• Updated the windows installer to R 4.0.2 and remotes installation method.

With most recent updates and bug fixes. A new windows installer that install github master branch by default, so this will make sure the user always follow the newest updates (the installer should work with future versions).

The windows installer is updated on 2020/03/14 with R 3.6.3, also upgraded with inno setup 6.0. In the future there might be small updates to the installer, but it will always be attached in this version to keep the installer link permanent.
