This repository contains all scripts, data, and supporting materials used in the study for transparency and reproducibility.

Scripts: R scripts for model execution, Monte Carlo simulations, EVPI analysis, PLS, Pareto and visualization. Data: Processed datasets and input files for decision models. Figures: Visual outputs, including probability distributions and scenario comparisons. Functions: Custom R functions for decision analysis, calibration, and statistical modeling. License: Distributed under the MIT License.

Scripts require R with dependencies (bnlearn, ggplot2, dagitty). Data is provided in .csv and .RData formats. Refer to README.md for details on running the analysis. For questions, contact cory.whitney@uni-bonn.de.
