Code accompanying Botvinnik et al, 2021. Single-cell transcriptomics for the 99.9% of species without reference genomes.

NOTE: We are figuring out how to share the human k-mer signature data in a way that respects the prviacy of the patients. Thank you for your patience as we establish what aspects of the data we can release while remaining compliant with HIPPA.
