ATAC EBNA2 project
This repository contains an example project for use with the PEPATAC pipeline. It shows you how to download and process 18 ATAC-seq samples published in GSE148396.
To see an example of how to get SRA files into fastq format, see tutorial_setup.md.
For an example of how to run PEPATAC on input data already in fastq format, see tutorial_basic.md.
