biolexica - Initial Release

The initial release of biolexica has the following:

1. A configurable pipeline for assembling names and synonyms
2. De-duplication built on top of semra
3. Loading of manually curated third-party synonyms from biosynonyms
4. Automatic generation of web APIs for arbitrary lexical indices
