mcbette - v1.8.3

  • Add mcbette_self_test to self-test mcbette
  • Add mcbette_report to print all information needed for a bug report
  • Add get_mcbette_state and set_mcbette_state to store and restore the mcbette state. check_mcbette_state verifies if mcbette is in one of these three states: (1) both BEAST2 and the BEAST NS are installed, (2) only BEAST2 is installed (3) neither BEAST2 and the BEAST NS are installed
