🛠️ Viewing slides locally

Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/pythonhealthdatascience/gw4_prize_presentation cd gw4_prize_presentation

Set-up the environment:

conda env create --file environment.yaml conda activate gw4-prize-presentation

Render the presentation:

quarto render index.qmd

A requirements.txt file is also provided (as required by the GitHub action), which can alternatively be used to set up the development environment with virtualenv, but it will not get the same Python version (the specific version used is listed in the environment.yaml).
