Loading a new image will now work properly and replace the old image on the screen.
Selecting "Save Image" when there is no image loaded no longer causes problems. Still not sure why anyone would do this though....
Can now pan with the right mouse button, even when using the brush tools.

Improved panning and zooming, allowed from any tool
- Panning can be done by clicking the mouse wheel and dragging, or Ctrl-clicking and dragging
- Zooming can be done at any time by scrolling the mouse wheel, or by Ctrl +/-
Tool info panels display properties of the selected tool and allow adjustment
Fixes for indicating the active tool on Mac
Removal of landmark annotations
The top right corner displays the name of the image currently being annotated
