No content has been changed. But both a screen and a print version of the thesis can now be compiled. The most striking changes are probably the links, which also appear differently in the print and the screen version.

Also, a LICENSE and CITATION.cff file have been added that deal with the licensing and attribution of the code in this repository as a template for other works.
