Removed some non sense predefined data on fields. When prefix dialog opens, the focus is now set to the prefix entry instead of staying in the main window. More informations on how to enter prefix, by adding an example by default.

Now managed with cookie-cutter poetry.

Some little modifications to make the CSV compatible with Xcalibur.

Now informations are not deleted if credentials are wrong or if some informations are lacking. Instead, an error message is printed in red to ask the user to correct/add informations.

A linux version is now available (for now macOS not available, but can be generated using pyinstaller on a macOS system).
