aec_correction

Key function can be installed via conda: python conda install -c fluxcom aec_correction

Tutorial for the AvailableEnergybased_Correction at one Eddy Covariance site, FR-Pue.

The functions are in functions.py file, and the tutorial.ipynb presents how the correction method (AEC) works and some diagnostic plots.
