Torsional Axisymmetric Core Oscillations Visualiser (TACO-VIS) - minor fix on Initial release
Tested to work on python 3.8 and removed support for python 3.5 due to an incompatibility between python 3.5 and matplotlib. Otherwise the same as the initial release.
