csc510grp8 - Preliminary Model

The first working model includes :

1. Introduced Greeter.py : A basic Python code to display a greeting with the name entered
2. Specified Code of Conduct and Contribution Guidelines
3. Created a GitHub Action Workflow to build and test Python module.
4. Added Python Requirements and Setup files
5. Added a README file
