aweSOM - JOSS and Public Release

This is the first official release of aweSOM, which includes changes from the Journal of Open Source Software (JOSS) review.

What's Changed

• Updated documentation pertaining to the plasma example, with visualization of the SOM lattice on 2D projected space.
• Added a new function to run_som.py to reverse the scaling procedure.
