LATTE - LATTE v1.0.0: JOSS release

The first release of the Lightcurve Analysis Tool for Transiting Exoplanet (LATTE) which performs standard diagnostic tests to help identify, vet and characterise signals in the TESS lightcurves in order to identify planetary signals and help weed out instrumental and astrophysical false positives.

The code and functionalities of this release were peer reviewed by the journal of open source software.
