ShinyOlink DEPRECATED
This repository is deprecated
The ShinyOlink project is no longer maintained. All development, bug fixes, and new features have moved to the new repository:
We strongly recommend you migrate your projects to olinkWrapper, which contains the latest improvements and features.
Migration Notes
- All existing functionality in ShinyOlink is available and improved in
olinkWrapper. - Installation, usage, and example workflows are available in the new repository README.
- Old scripts from ShinyOlink may require minor adjustments when migrating.
Installation (New Repo)
Please follow the instructions in the olinkWrapper README for installation and usage.
