percolate_mac - Variable-radius explicit percolation.

This version was used to produced the results reported in the following preprint: https://arxiv.org/abs/2411.18041.

It improves upon the previous version of this code by allowing the delocalisation radii of each hopping site to vary based on its associated electronic density, and approriately redefining the intersite hopping rates.

percolate_mac - 'Explicit' percolation with constant site radius `a`

The code in this commit is the one used to obtain all of the results as of April 2024 (and in the version of the manuscript as of April 2024). Saving it here for reference.
