Geographic and taxonomic patterns in aerobic traits of marine ectotherms

This code and data accompanies the manuscript: J. Penn and C. Deutsch “Geographic and taxonomic patterns in aerobic traits of marine ectotherms”, Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society B (2024) https://dx.doi.org/10.1098/rstb.2022.0487. It contains .m, .MAT, .R, .RData, .csv and .xlsx files. The main output file obistraitsfulldata.mat contains the list of species and traits diagnosed from OBIS data, where obis.Eo corresponds to ‘Eeco at Tref’ and obis.Ac to ‘Aeco’, as described in the main text.
