Minor update with respect to 0.4. Still in beta. Mainly an improvement on the logging and better error messages.

lhapdf_management - Version 0.4

First version of lhapdf_management released from github.

Still at "beta", this versions provide most of the same functionality as the lhapdf CLI as a python-only package that can be installed.

In addition it includes a few functions from the lhapdf python package which are known to be useful to other programs such as the nnpdf fitting code.

It does not provide any interpolation functionality.
