repeatfinder - searchy searchy

This is the first real release of dnarepeatfinder. This is a program to search DNA sequences for direct and indirect repeats. It was spawned from our work on PhiSpy, but we want to use it for some other analysis.

The main code to use is dna_repeat_finder -f tests/test.fasta -g 0 -m 10 and it will list all the repeats in the file.
