DynaMo - Post-JOSS Review

A new release fixing bugs found during the Journal of Open Source Software (JOSS) review process and bringing documentation up to JOSS standards. An API documentation site through Github pages was added as well. A new feature where you can calibrate cameras sequentially was also added.
