jetson_nanopore_sequencing - Snapshot before moving to Bionic repos and large overhaul

This is an archive release for those that want to roll back to previous versions of the software running under Xenial. This will only work as long as the ONT Mk1C Xenial repos are live, as soon as they are taken down then the software is no longer available.

jetson_nanopore_sequencing - Mk1c software integration release

This release sees the integration of the M1kc software repository as the default software to be used on arm-based devices. The MinIT guide is still present but will be slowly phased out to avoid confusion.

Added CITATION.cff to allow easy citation of the GitHub repository.
