vca - v2.0
This release includes the following new features: 1. 10 and 12 bpp input video support, enabling High Dynamic Range (HDR) analysis. 2. Low-pass DCT optimization yields ~20-30% speedup (over v1.5) without significant loss in accuracy. 3. Test framework (unit tests) are added. Furthermore, a couple of bug fixes are included.
