This release coincides with publication of the manuscript "MCSimMod: An R Package for Working with Ordinary Differential Equation Models Encoded in the MCSim Model Specification Language" (Kapraun et al., 2025).

• Includes a new vignette that provides details of the MCSimMod modeling system
• Includes a new vignette that demonstrates implementation and application of a physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model
