The possibility to use e2edutch as processor in stanza is added. Also, the code for downloading and caching the model data is changed.

Few small changes in downloading the data, and added functionality to convert a list of clusters to bracket notation.
Mostly improvements on installation. The package is now pip installable, and setup.py also builds the tensorflow kernels. There is a python script for downloading the pretrained model.
