This release matches the version in the upcoming RNAAS publication. In this release there are some fixes to plotting to make it slightly more robust.

vetting -
Initial release of vetting. This package contains the first, simple test for transiting signals; a simple centroid test which will tell the user if there is a significant offset during transit for input transiting signals. The centroid test takes in a lightkurve.TargetPixelFile object, or a list of lightkurve.TargetPixelFile objects of a single target and performs a simple centroid test, returning a statistical test to the user.
