Code accompanying the article "Modeling the Drivers of Oscillations in COVID-19 Data on College Campuses" published in Annals of Epidemiology.
This repository contains the COVID-19 data collected by representatives at the NESCAC schools -- Jesse Barba, Dre Gagera, Christina Finneran, Rebecca H. Brodigan, John Nugent, Chau-Fang Lin, Adela Langrock, Jessica Sharkness, Michael Whitcomb, Jason E. Rivera, and provided to us by Prof. Andrew Kennedy at Bates College. We also include the Python code we used to analyze the data and to generate the images in the article "Understanding the Drivers of Oscillations in COVID-19 Data".
