FSharpGephiStreamer - Improved HTTP handling and Nuget + Paket compatible package

(rereleasing for zenodo doi)

Skipping some Patch versions in this release due to unlisting of related packages on nuget.

Dependencies of the project are now in a state that does not create Problems with the nuget package manager.

Improvements/Fixes:

• Use Http.fs for management of HTTP requests (https://github.com/CSBiology/FSharpGephiStreamer/commit/4899f35fb5cad7a75ea54434eccc082793b63026)
