• Added checking a self-referenced peak in the amplitude ratio and BE difference to avoid recursion errors. set zero if the peak is referred to itself.
• The column width of the fit table is adjustable, default 55. If it is 100, the all-peak shape description appears in the dropdown menu. This is also effective when the preset is loaded.

lg4x - LG4X: update to show the periodic table and display peak positions

LG4X can generate the periodic table window to display peak position in your XPS spectrum. This is useful to identify the peak in the survey scan spectrum based on the photon energy and work function specified in the BG table. The default plot style is also changed into line plot, but the fitting mode works in the same way with circles in the scatter plot to clarify the results. Stay safe, happy WFH.

lg4x - LG4X updated to import VAMAS file format

ISO (VAMAS) file format is conventionally used for XPS standard data format in the XPS data analysis and measurement program. LG4X is now updated to import the VAMAS data file and export the text files based on the block and sample identifiers.
